This small, unassuming program performs many basic image editing tasks, works quickly, and mimics the tools and functions that are found in other image editors (so it should be easy to learn). It is surprisingly a powerful image editing and manipulation tool and includes a plethora of features such as unlimited undo levels, plenty of filters, multiple-image support special effects, and even the ability to work in layers. But its interface is not so overwhelming that you won't use what it has to offer, you will quickly get used to it without confusion.

If you are looking for a photo editing tool which packs in a good number of features yet is not overburdened with unnecessary tools and yet comes as tiny download (around 4 MB), this is the one to go for.
