There's a new Indian Rupee symbol font available for download for free. This one's from iTMarkerZ Technologies and the font maps the entire 26-character alphabet on your PC's keyboard to different sytles of the Indian Rupee symbol.

The new free Indian Rupee symbol font from iTMarkerZ Technologies differs from previous Indian Rupee symbol fonts we covered from Foradian Technologies. The Indian Rupee font symbol from Foradian Technologies mapped the grave accent (`) -- key left to the [1] on typical keyboards -- to the Rupee font symbol. You had to install the Rupee font symbol to your Windows font library to use it on your PC.

That installation procedure is still the same with the new Indian Rupee font symbol from iTMarkerZ Technologies. Download the Indian Rupee symbol font from their website and install or copy it to your Windows Font directory (C:\Windows\Fonts\RupyFont.ttf). That's it, you're good to test the Indian Rupee font on your word processor.
