Fujifilm launches AV100, AV150 full HD Camera

Fujifilm has launched a new series of AV Digital camera which are full HD compatible. The two camera launched in the series are AV100 and AV150, which have 12.2 mega pixels and 14.0 mega pixel sensors. The prices of these cameras start from Rs. 4,999.

The AV series cameras come with 3200 ISO sensitivity for anti-blur protection and are also equipped with the 6 scene SR AUTO (Scene Recognition Auto) and Face Detection. Scenes and faces can be captured and optimized even more with the detection functions. Their Red-eye removal function automatically detects and corrects flash reflection for a perfect end result.

“We are pleased to have become the first company in India to provide advanced HD features in our entry level cameras. Our customers will certainly enjoy this technology which will improve their photography experience like never before,” said Kenichi Tanaka, Managing Director, Fujifilm India.

The AV100 and AV150 also have Face Detection technology can simultaneously recognizes up to 10 faces in a photo. “The new AV series cameras will prove to be the real value for our esteemed customer’s money as they not only provide the most advanced HD feature but also comes with our cutting-edge Fujinon lenses and a series of additions that too in a price range from Rs 4,999 onwards,” said A. Rajkumar, Country General Manager, Fujifilm India.
