HTC Desire HD, Desire Z Specs Revealed

Mobiles.co.uk, an online mobile phones retailer has revealed the specs of two new HTC phones- the HTC Desire HD and the HTC Desire Z, on its website.
According to the specs and description on the site, the HTC Desire HD has a 4.3-inch touchscreen and runs on Android 2.2. As usual the vanilla Android OS is complemented by HTC’s excellent Sense UI and the processor powering the phone is clocked at 1GHz. The Desire HD also has an 8MP camera capable of shooting 720p videos and supports 3G, GPS and Wi-Fi.
On the other hand, the Desire Z has a 3.7-inch touchscreen with 480x800 resolution and runs on Android 2.1. The phone has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and is also powered by a 1GHz processor. The Desire Z also supports Wi-Fi, 3G and GPS.
The Mobiles.co.uk site did not have any details on launch dates or expected pricing but Softpedia did speculate that these phones should see the light of day sometime next month.
