HTC Rhyme Unveiled In India

HTC Corporation today unveiled the HTC Rhyme in India, a phone whose design incorporates a unibody design, is available in three colours, and features a 'refreshed' HTC Sense.

The Rhyme comes with a 3.7-inch WVGA, super LCD display, a 5-megapixel camera that includes auto focus, power LED flash and instant shutter, face detection , action burst scene - which automatically takes five consecutive shots of a scene- and panoramic mode - which lets users stitch several photos. Moreover, through HTC Watch, users can access a selection of movies and TV shows that can be downloaded for viewing.

Faisal Siddiqui, Country Manager, HTC India, was quoted in a press release as saying, "HTC Rhyme represents an entirely new approach, based on recognition that there is a substantial group of consumers who want their phones to be more personal and complimentary to every moment of their day. HTC Rhyme is focused on delivering this through a fresh new style and experience that includes a family of innovative accessories like the HTC Rhyme Charm and Docking Station that are meant to naturally integrate into people’s lives."

The HTC Rhyme comes with a suite of accessories, such as the HTC Rhyme Charm - a small light-emitting cube that can be attached to the phone by a cord - and the HTC Rhyme Tangle Free Headphones.

The HTC Rhyme will be available at an MRP of Rs. 29,990/- while the MOP (Best Buy) will be Rs. 27,499/-only.
