MSI GT660 in India at Rs. 1,25,000

MSI is all set to launch its new gaming Laptop GT660 in India by next week. Powered with Intel Core i7 processors, the laptop uses Nvidia GeForce GTX 285M with 1G GDDR3 VRAM for gamers. The graphic card supports Nvidia’s CUDA and PhysX technology. MSI has also entered a tie up with Dynaudio to provide a superior sound experience, the company claims.

The GT660 uses MSI’s Turbo Drive Engine technology, which allows users to increase the laptops, processor and display performance. MSI claims that this is the first laptop to have 3 DDR3 memory slot, which allows the memory to be extended up to 12GB. In terms of display, the MSI GT660 has a 16 inch HD LED LCD. For storage, MSI GT660 has a 2.5" 500GB SATA drive. It also supports various connections like HDMI, D-sub, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, e-SATA, Mic-in, Headphone out, RJ-45.

The MSI GT660 has two theater class speakers and subwoofer. The laptop also has a HD Webcam and a 9 cells battery for longer usage. If you are like to see dazzling led lights on your laptop, this laptop has one feature that you might like. If you are listening to music or if in game music is playing, you can press the LED light show hotkey and the LED lights on the laptop will pulsate automatically to sounds emitted by your laptop.

The price of the product will be revealed by MSI next week, when it will launch this product.

Update: The MSI GT660 is now launched officially by MSI in India and is available at the price of Rs. 1,25,000.
