Samsung Launches Accessories for Galaxy S

Samsung has launched various accessories for Samsung Galaxy S mobile. These accessories include a compact desktop dock, convenient portable vehicle dock, and spare battery charging solution. Samsung has also included the Samsung WMG1602 Wi-Fi HD streaming device, which allows users to stream movies, music, and photos directly from a Galaxy S smart phone to an HDTV. It supports a resolution up to 1280x720 and frame rate of 30 FPS.

The desktop dock can act as a desktop speakerphone for hands free calling as well as a battery charger. Users can also use the Google Search by Voice feature. Users can get access to Desk Home application by downloading from Android marketplace. The Desk Home application provides one-touch access to the daily briefing, alarm clock, music, pictures, movie gallery and local weather, claims Samsung.

The Galaxy S portable vehicle dock let you mount the device on the dashboard. Dashboard can be helpful for turn-by-turn instructions and hands-free GPS navigation. Users can also charge the device through a micro USB connection to the Galaxy S portable vehicle dock.

The Samsung Galaxy S charging solution contains an extra 1500 mAh battery, a spare battery charger with phone stand and a wall charger. Samsung has priced the desk cradle at $39.99, while the battery charger is priced at $49.99. The price of Samsung WMG1602 Wi-Fi HD streaming device is not revealed.
