Toshiba Launches Ultra-thin Compact Note Book

Toshiba India has rolled out its latest range of Portege T130 Notebooks. The latest offering is an ideal companion for consumers as well as corporate users. This Ultra-thin, compact Notebook PC comes with the Toshiba twister design in Iron Red Color both on the LCD cover and also on the  inside console panel.

According to a press release, the machine comes with the Intel Ultra Low Voltage Processor Core2 Duo ULV SU7300 (1.3Mhz 800Mhz FSB). It is preloaded with Windows 7 Home Premium and uses a DDR3 memory. It also features an energy saving LED backlit High Definition (HD) screen with Toshiba Clear Super View (CSV) technology and widescreen 16:9 format.

This new offering can be useful for the travellers because of its light weight of 1.76kgs, and Hi-Cap battery backup that last for 11+ hours on a single charge. In addition, a 3-D axis monitoring system dynamically detects free falls, shock or vibration in all directions and rapidly prepares the drive head for impact, protecting the valuable data and hard disk drive.

Another feature is a built-in Web Camera with SmartFace Technology. Toshiba Portege T130 offers USB sleep-and-charge port so that the user can charge the mobile phone, MP3 player or other portable electronics, even when the Notebook is in turned off or in a switched off mode. This compact notebook comes in red color.

It comes with a price tag of Rs. 50,990/- MRP.
