Announced for Xbox 360 and PC, Privates, a shooting game, has been cancelled for the Xbox 360 platform by the game's developer, Zombie Cow. Privates for Xbox 360 is cancelled by Zombie Cow for its inherent sexual theme, sighting reasons that Private would never get a Microsoft Xbox 360 game certification for release on XBLA (Xbox Live Arcade) Indie games.

Privates is a shooting game featuring marines that wear condoms as helmets, fighting in private areas with enemies and monsters that resemble adult-themed objects. Dan Marshall of Zombie Cow Studios, however, praised the Xbox 360 team regarding Privates' game certification decision. "They’ve been really supportive and helpful throughout, but ultimately have advised that the game wouldn’t pass the Indie Games Peer Review process, purely due to its inherently sexual nature," said Dan Marshall regarding Privates.

With the Xbox 360 version of Privates shelved, Zombie Cows further stated it will now only launch the PC version of the game. And the game won't be available for other platforms because of its XNA development process.
