Full Review

The exorbitant pricing of this standalone photo printer doesn’t really make sense because it comes with a basic feature set.

For such a highly-priced single-function printer, it doesn’t come with basic photo printing features such as memory card reader, PictBridge support, photo tray, LCD display, etc. But, it has CD / DVD printing support.

The photo print quality was however not that bad with no trace of any color tint, clear visibility of objects, and a well-balanced brightness and contrast. But while printing out text, we felt that the text was as not dark against the white paper.

The exorbitant pricing of this standalone photo printer doesn’t really make sense because it comes with a basic feature set.

However in the speed test, it was pretty fast. It printed out 18.5ppm and took only 72 seconds for a 4x6 color photo printout. And the running cost is also on the lower side with Rs 1.60 per print.

Bottom Line

The Epson T60 could have been ranked a little bit higher had it not been for its ridiculously high asking price for a photo printer that doesn’t comes with a print and scan functionality.
